Consulting Redefined

How we are changing how Consultants are used and viewed...

NexxtLevel was formed to take the idea of consulting and expand it – and yes, I’m a consultant – but I’m a consultant with a difference. In fact a whole host of differences!  Starting with a much more hands-on approach so that you are getting the services, advice and counsel of not just a marketing professional, but a marketing PARTNER.

While I was at it, I also took the old compensation model and junked it.  To replace this, I introduced “Participatory Compensation” and the concept of the “360º Payout”.  Yes, I can still bill hourly if that works for you, but we’ll be flexible in how that’s applied –and base it on where your company/brand is in its’ current growth stage and on the impact of our work. The bottom line is that I don't expect to make money unless you do!

More important is how NexxtLevel can benefit you!  I started this firm because I wanted to get back to building businesses and brands.  Sure, working with Fortune 500 companies and famous brands has its’ rewards… and how cool is it to say that you worked on Twinkies and Fancy Feast?  But after I became a Certified Advisor for the Small Business Development Center of the Small Business Administration, I found that I got an extra kick out of working with small and medium-sized businesses – who have to fight all the same fights as the BIG guys.  It was also nice to feel actually needed by these business –and not like an ‘agency’ guy that they had to deal with because their boss’s boss hired me!

So if you're thinking  'consultant' in some way like a guy in a suit who has never actually sat in a buyers office or had to deal with lazy distributor - I'm not that guy.  Yes, I've 'been there and done that', but I still want to be here and do this: helping you grow your business!  Why not start today?
